The festival features a 'Master Chef Challenge' similar to the Iron Chef competition, and the ever popular Grand Tasting Friday night. Not to mention the Celebrity Chef Ski Race on Saturday.

4:00pm-6:00pm: Spirits Seminar

Learn how to prepare the latest cocktail concoctions with your favorite spirits. As an added bonus, celebrity chef Marshal Blanchard will treat you to hors d'ouevres perpared with each drink unique flavor in mind.
