Beaver Creek Children's Museum

• The Beaver Creek Children's Museum educates children (and adults alike!) in a fun and interactive way. In addition to the featured exhibits listed below, there are also special presentations for the entire family scheduled through the summer.  These include special educational workshops, star gazing nights, visits from Smokey the Bear and the Denver Museum of Nature & Science.
• Exhibits include:
  • "Professor Quackenbush's Workshop"- an interactive zone filled with building and construction themed activities
  • "The Computer Zone"
  • “Banana Jones' Jungle Science Lab"- with biological and scientific gadgets galore
  • "J. B. Tucker Showman's Theatre"- a working theatrical stage filled with costumes and props for the kids.

Beaver Creek Children's Theatre

• June 25-August 29
• Shows are performed on the plaza on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings at 11.00am throughout the summer.
• The Beaver Creek Children's Theatre, presented by Blue Creek Productions, has been entertaining our youngest guests for twenty years!   The professional theatre troupe's specialties are animating children's literature, poetry, fractured fairy tales and folk tales from around the world.
• Stories include tales of dogs that think they're human, insecure super heroes, crazy young inventors, bubbles that want to take over the world, "The Green Hobgoblin" and "The Amazing Adventures of the Robin Hood". All the stories are brought to life in a fast moving, high energy, and engaging way.

Climbing Wall

• Safe, exciting, and unique challenge for the entire family
• Located at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain and has a variety of routes to the top
• All climbers are safely roped to a state-of-the-art belay system
• Wall attendants will help with strategy and give climbing hints as you tackle the different holds and problems
• Cost is $10/3 climbs or $15/30 minutes; per person

Nottingham Lake and Park
