Spa Frequently Asked Questions

New to Spa-ing?
If you are new to the spa environment, any of our therapists or reception staff would be more than happy to help you decide which treatments would be most beneficial to achieve your desired results.

Spa / Health Club Enjoyment
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be left in your hotel room or the locker room. Children under 16 need parental supervision.

Valuables
For the safety of your valuables we suggest that you leave them in your room or in one of the hotels safety deposit boxes. We have lockers to store clothing.

Arrive Early
We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reserved time, to check in, receive your introduction, change into your robe and enjoy our tranquility room. Please understand your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

Spa Apparel
Please bring a swimming suit if you wish to enjoy our indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. During your massage, you will be covered with a sheet at all times. While we recommend undressing completely, you are welcome to wear undergarments if you prefer. For other spa services, our therapists or estheticians will provide you with an appropriate garment.

Gift Certificates
We offer gift certificates in dollar increments, personalized packages of your choice, or individual treatments. For your convenience we accept orders by phone. Call us at 800-976-2225. Gift Certificates expire 12 months from the date of purchase and are not refundable.

In Room Massage
If you don’t want to leave the comfort of your room, our therapists will come to you with a massage table, sheets, oils and music. In-room massage prices subject to a $25 travel fee.

Payment & Tipping
Gratuities are not added to your charges; you may add them at your discretion. As a guest of The Charter, you may make spa charges to your room, we also accept Master Card, VISA, American Express and cash.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our therapists and other guests, please notify us of cancellations or changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to full charge.

Inspired by the extreme dryness of the Colorado climate, our staff worked with a chemist to design a line of bath and body products featuring a higher level of soothing moisture. Beautifully packaged with Vail/Beaver Creek on the label, these products are a great gift idea or the perfect way to extend your Spa Struck experience!
