I really appreciate your putting this meeting together so quickly.  I must repeat what I said to you on the phone the other day.  We had THE best service from all of the staff (Michael was awesome), and THE best food I can remember at The Charter.  The layout of the Leonard room and foyer were absolutely perfect for our group – comments ranging from “the best room situation I’ve ever had meetings in” to “the best facility for meetings I’ve had in at least five years of meetings all over the world”.  Bravo to you, to Patti, the entire staff!  You are awesome!!!!  Again, thank you all!

Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful.  Lisa Misakian, Yvette Fonda and Kim Schneider were incredible.  You are fortunate to have them as part of your group.  All 60 plus of our group had nothing but GREAT things to stay - THANK YOU AGAIN! We fell in love with property and Yvette Fonda worked with us to meet our budget.

All of the staff was fantastic.  From booking with Yvette, and all the on-site management with Kay and Lisa.  The banquet staff was attentive.  This was the first meeting I've done in Colorado where I didn't have to ask for anything because it was already done.  THANK YOU!

Our group has stayed at a number of ski resort properties, but The Charter combines elegance, hospitality and efficiency.  The rooms are beautiful and the staff very helpful.
