I noticed that the Charter has EXCEPTIONAL service! This is rare for a lot of mountain resorts. A lot of times resorts have great intentions and nice people but a it ends at that. I have to say almost everybody from your valet, your front desk to the wait staff went above and beyond. I think the Charter is a good fit for my group, not as stuffy & oddly formal like the Ritz, but nice and comfortable.

I would like pass on how good your staff is, especially the gentlemen on the front door. They were friendly, informative and easy going. Nothing was too much of a problem for them. This, I think is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed at the Charter and it is more like a home away from home then a hotel.

This is a quality resort! Clean, helpful staff, great location and great views. Outdoor pool is great. Did not eat at restaurants as we had a condo with full kitchen amenities.

I can't find one negative thing to say about this resort. It was perfect. Very clean and well taken care of. It is within a 5 minute walk to the center of the village. We were travelling with our 2 children and stayed in a one bedroom/2 bath condo. We were on the ground floor which turned out to be a perfect place for us becasue we just walked out our back door and walked directly out to the pool and walking paths. You can park underground at no charge which is so unusual and they have free Internet access at no charge as well. Everyone who worked at The Charter was very friendly and helpful as well.

Summer is the perfect time to be in Beaver Creek! We love staying at The Charter!! This is our 4th straight year. The Condominiums are perfect with a cozy fireplace that we love using in the evening and of course the kitchen, washer and dryer in our condo is the best. We love walking up to the Village in the morning and walking across to the golf course in the afternoon. The pool is a relaxing treat and having the Spa on property makes for a perfect getaway!!! Thank you for the complimentary bottled water, apples & granola bars in the lobby area- we looked forward to our daily snack.

At the time I made the reservation, I asked that the TV's be removed from the room. Upon arrival this had been accomplished!! It was an absolute terrific thing and made for a great stay. The room is terrific and I'm always surprised at how convenient and well supplied the kitchen is. Love the shampoo, the internet is very easy and terrifically convenient, the kids love the bathrobes and are always a big part of the stay. The coffee is always a treat.

Front Desk & Concierge very helpful! One night, the Front Desk person rushed my husband to City Market before they closed to get medicine that my son needed. I love the Aveda products. Our trip had to be changed at the last minute due to the blizzard and we were accomodated without hesitation.

Wow! Beautiful setting and the surrounding grounds well maintained. Nice walking path around the facility, lap pool, onsite bike rental. The village is a short walk and easy to get to. Just loved it and can't wait to go back. The rates are reasonable as well.

Priscillo C. - I stayed in room #4270 four years ago and was given the same room on my most recent stay in April 2006. I noticed I was in the same room before when I breezed through the guest room log and noticed my handwriting at the very beginning of the log. Back then, I went there to get away and set aside my worries, my unemployment blues, and life in general. This time, I went there to relax, but reflect the many changes in my life since then and look back where I was and where I am now. Somehow, coming back to someplace familiar (call it Deja Vu) was like a homecoming and a healing of sorts for me. I feel the circle is complete, and ready to begin anew. Thanks Charter!
We wanted to stay there because of the skiing terrain and the european resort-like feel that we grew up with in Germany.
Vicky D. - The Charter is a better value than the Park Hyatt. I say this because we got a 1 bedroom condo with a fireplace, kitchen, 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms at The Charter for about the same price as a slopeside hotel room at the Hyatt. Our view at The Charter was equally spectacular, just a different perspective. Love the Aveda products and the coffee was surprisingly good!!
