All of the staff was fantastic. From booking with Yvette, and all the on-site management with Kay and Lisa. The banquet staff was attentive. This was the first meeting I've done in Colorado where I didn't have to ask for anything because it was already done.

Your Catering & Group Sales Manager made the entire experience extremely easy and she was very helpful with every request and question that I had. She quickly responded to all of the emails that I sent her, and was very professional and outstanding with her customer service. I much preferred her to many of the contacts that I had at the location that my wedding reception took place; she was much more responsive and had a much better idea as to what was going on, and again, she was extremely professional. I would highly recommend the Charter to anyone who wanted to organize a small or a large party.

Bob S. Group Meeting Planner - Our group has stayed at a number of ski resort properties, but The Charter combines elegance, hospitality and efficiency. The rooms are beautiful and the staff very helpful.
Nicole M - I noticed that The Charter has EXCEPTIONAL service! This is rare for a lot of mountain resorts. A lot of times resorts have great intentions and nice people but it ends at that. I have to say almost everybody from your valet and front desk to the wait staff went above and beyond. I think The Charter is a good fit for my group, not as stuffy and oddly formal like the other locations, but nice and comfortable.
Dena - I would like to recognize the Sales Department for being pro-active and creative; the entire Bell/Valet staff for their amazing kindness, quickness and great amazing attitudes; Front Desk, Scott especially for jumping in to help during a bit of a trauma and for being gracious and exact.
