Can I book my reservation on-line?
Yes. To book your reservation on-line, select the dates and enter number of adults and number of children. Click the next button. Available room types and rates will be displayed. Click on the appropriate room type and the rate you qualify for. Click continue. Using our secure server, please enter guest information as well as a credit card. Review the Hotel Policy information and click continue to confirm your reservation. Please print the confirmation page to ensure reservation details.
Check in time is 4pm, if we arrive early, can we check in early?
Upon your arrival to Beaver Creek Resort, you are welcome to approach the front desk regarding your check-in. If your unit is ready upon your arrival we will be happy to check you in early. Early check-ins are not guaranteed.
Check-out time is 10am, however, our flight does not leave until later in the afternoon, can we have a late check-out?
You may call the Front Desk the morning of your departure to request a late check-out. The Housekeeping Department must have adequate time to thoroughly clean all unit to prepare them for the next arrival. Upon check-out, guests can check in luggage with the bell staff and use the health club and showers. Late check-outs are not guaranteed.
Are pets allowed?
No. It is a policy established by the Beaver Creek Resort Association that dogs are not allowed into the resort area of Beaver Creek. In respect to our individuals owners and guests with allergies we do not allow pets of any kind in any of our units at The Charter at Beaver Creek.
Is smoking allowed on property?
No. The Charter at Beaver Creek is a 100% smoke-free property.
